St Barth Wedding at the Hotel Christopher in St Barthelemy
If you are planning a wedding in St Barth, then you probably are already aware of the availability of the finest luxury amenities in the world. St Barth is home to world class chefs, incredible floral arrangements, an incredible week in St. Barths, photographing a most amazing wedding celebration. Tabitha and TJ invited over a hundred guests to their celebration weekend, starting at the Eden Rock Hotel on Thursday and with their wedding reception taking place at the Hotel Christopher St Barth. Fun and good food started in the evening, with festivities and dancing going late into the night.
Eden Rock is located on a rock outcropping surrounded by brilliant white coral sandy beaches with exceptionally clear turquoise waters. It is the oldest hotel on the island, being the first ever built. Sand bar is the lower area on the beach, a separate entity from the smaller, more dining oriented On the Rocks. Jean-Georges Vongerichten heads up both restaurants, serving world class food and with impeccable service. For a wedding reception (or welcome party) in St. Barths, I couldn't imagine a better location. Tabitha and Tj have been coming here with their family for many years, and Eden Rock is one of their favorite places.
Thursday night was fun and gave everyone a chance to get to know each other and have a little fun dancing on the beach after it got dark. Once again loving our jobs as wedding photographers, this time in St Barths, we had a great time, got to know friends and family, and got our first glimpse of the fun weekend ahead.
Dining tables for the wedding party at Eden Rock were decorated in Eden Rock's signature colors, red and white. Red roses at every place setting, striking bright red and white chairs, and immaculate presentation came together beautifully. After the sun went down the candles were lit and the exterior lights of the Eden Rock came on, giving us all that distinctive Eden Rock view. As a surprise for the bride and groom, fire dancers appeared, spinning fire and fireworks, getting everyone amped up, putting on an amazing show and kicking off the dance party.
On wedding day we found Tabitha and her family at their private villa, where they were getting ready.
