With family coming in from as far as France and Canada, Amy and Nicos wedding at Villa DeZecheo in Rincon, PR was pretty much an international event! Just such a friendly, warm wedding to photograph, in a beautiful location on a gorgeous day. It was a family affair, with children and family members everywhere, and a really fun reception and dance party to end the night.
Villa DeZecheo is absolutely one of our favorite venues to photograph in Rincon. A beachside guesthouse situated on the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, Villa DeZecheo is one of the most popular wedding venues for small ceremonies on the West coast of Puerto Rico. We've loved photographing weddings there for years, and every time are so happy to be at a venue with such great backdrops and stellar natural light. Amy & Nico chose to have their ceremony in the front of the property, alongside the beautiful, large Ceiba tree. Interestingly, this was the first time a couple had chosen to have their ceremony in that particular spot, and we think it worked out great.
Sonia Gregory of Puerto Rico Island Destination Weddings handled their wedding coordination, Elaine Irrizary of Fusion Floral handled their flower and bouquet arrangements, makeup by Caridad Vidro, catering by Nilsa Colon, and live music by Jibaro Pop Trio.
Such an amazing wedding and we couldn't be happier with how their photos turned out.
